I am so grateful to Jo for recommending that we booked our restaurants before our stay as I think we would have struggled to get in as many get fully booked. The room (5) was very clean, modern and spacious with a lovely sitting area with views of the pier. The breakfast every morning was lovely and all the staff were very professional and friendly. Shops and restaurants all very very close so we had no issues getting food and picking up a few shopping bits.
Daughter loved the arcade and came away with prizes so that was a winner. Breakfast in the morning was all freshly cooked and we really enjoyed it , again the dining area was spotless and a lovely area to sit in.

There is a few restaurants nearby , an amusement ,the promenade.
The rooms were in nice condition, the staff were friendly and following restrictions with a lovely breakfast, loads of choice and staff more than happy to bring extra items.
I would gladly stay here again and the prices were reasonable and the great orme also has some lovely wild rabbits and a crazy golf course on it and is good for a walk.
There was some free parking available but also managed to park half a mile away down the same street away from the promenade
