The hosts were pleasant and check in/out was quick and easy. My room was small but had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with a good shower and complimentary toiletries. There was a rail with hangers, for your clothes and a small desk, as well as a comfy bed. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Cereals, yoghurts, pastries were available, as well as a full cooked breakfast, or scrambled/poached eggs on toast, or kippers. At less than £100 for 2 nights, I thought the value was good and would certainly consider this place when I return to Llandudno. More

I am so grateful to Jo for recommending that we booked our restaurants before our stay as I think we would have struggled to get in as many get fully booked. The room (5) was very clean, modern and spacious with a lovely sitting area with views of the pier. The breakfast every morning was lovely and all the staff were very professional and friendly.
